    3. Rachel It might be worth your while to check Navarro or Hill Co. since they were in the north part of Limestone Co. they would have been able to get to a courthouse without crossing the river. Well stop this discussion because I found in the Limestone Co marriage records Hugh M Smith to Laura K C Bell 1887. So they crossed the river :>) Call Limestone Co. courthouse & ask them to copy the marriage cert. & mail you a copy. Pat Oates in TX.
