Hi Listmembers! Is anyone located near Thornton or doing research there? I am interested in the cemeteries, and in particular the burial place of Edward McCAIG. He was deceased by 1900. His wife, Sarah M., is listed as head of household in the 1900 Census, Precinct #8, which was East of the railroad. His burial place should not be too far from there. Edward's father, John S., and grandfather, Samuel should also be buried in Limestone near Thornton or Springfield. I have searched all the on-line records with no luck. If anyone runs across the name of McCAIG in Limestone I would appreciate hearing from you. God Bless All Barb Nannery in MS
