I don't know the name of the lease but I do know that the family lived at one time near the community of Dimebox near Oleatha. They were tenant farmers and moved around. Lillian's daughter's by Stevens were Minnie Ola& Mildred, and some of her daughters by the second marriage to Sanders are Nona Faye, Ella Pearl, Georgia Ruth, Lucille, sons Thomas (Tonky)and William George. George Romulus Sanders father was a Romulus too. My mother remembers going to Kosse as a little to visit someone but doesn't remember who. The oil lease comes from my grandmother not the Sanders side.
