Goolsbee Hi, My name is Beverly Laxson Wolfram. My father was Charles L. Laxson son of Lee Roy Laxson and Gatra Ethel Goolsbee. She was the daughter of Wylie and Sarah{Sallie} Goolsbee. I have been trying to research Wylie for about a year. My dad told me that he was a school teacher somewhere in Limestone County. I know that he died sometime in the late 1890s or early 1900s. My grandmother and her sister Vera were very young. I do know that Wylie was born in Eufaula, Barbour County, AL. Sallie's maiden name was Nugent and she was born somewhere in LA. My dad lived with his grandmother and helped her farm in the 1930s. I hope someone can help me. They are buried in the Honest Ridge Cemetery. I think Vera married a man named Fortune.
