An Effie born 1890 in Benton Co, Arkansas who later moved to Navarro County. Effie had a brother named Alexander. Alexander's son - Robert Earl - moved to Navarro then to Limestone County. His daughter, Bobbie was born there before the family moved on to Brazoria County. There was another family - Matilda Tuck married Bascom Baldwin - Matilda is my Effie's cousin. It may be that your Effie is part of this bunch which came from Missouri to Arkansas then to Texas. It may be worth your while to check into those Baldwins. I'm not sure where Bascom came from, but I feel like they probably married in Benton County between 1875-1885. Good hunting and feel free to check out the database on my site.
