Dear Dave, What a bummer and if I don't miss my guess--- we have ancestry.com to thank for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The queries before were a pleasure and now they are not. I have some computer savy, so I can image what it's like for those who need to keep things uncomplicated. To me, this change appears to be just a way to glean more email addys with an eye to more sales. I am concerned that Rootsweb will slowly be absorbed as to have less and less that is free.
