Mike, I have 2 Rogers Martha Anna Rogers who married James Edmund Rutherford and her sister Mary Jane Rogers who married Jasper George Rutherford. The parents of Martha and Mary are Joseph Nathan Rodgers and Elizabeth Newton. Joseph was also married to a Elizabeth Smith. I have just began research on the Rogers/Rodgers. But James and Martha were married in Jasper co in 1856 and Jasper and Mary were married in 1858 also in Jasper co. I do know that some of my Rutherford kin were in Limestone Co. Sanders born Feb 3, 1857 died Nov 17, 1931 he moved to Georgetown, Louisiana with my grandfather's brother and sister, My Grandfather brother was George Butler Tidwell and my grandfather's sister was Alabama Tidwell Murphy she was married to Albert B. How does one get a death certificate in Texas? Edgar Edward Shrimpton died in 1917. He's supposed to be buried in the Lost Prairie Cemetery. Can I get a death certificate if I don't know the month and day of his death? Kay Davis
