It looks likes Appendicitis to me. FYI..when you load the certificate, above it are some tools. There is a rotate tool that you can rotate the certificate if it loads sideways. There are also a negative tool and zoom tool. Just thought I would help you out there, so you don't have to turn your laptop sideways...or get a crooked neck.
