My father was born in or around Paris, Texas, probably around 1915. I think Sam was married to Mattie Field, my father's stepmother...I think. Not very clear about that side of the family as there were quite a few "halves". Half-brothers, sisters, etc. I have heard that Sam was a barber. Any info would be appreciated.
