He was my great-grandfather, married to my great-grandmother (Della) in the 1910 Census. In the 1920 Census, she lists herself as divorced living with her children, working as a dressmaker. He seems to have dropped out of the system. My great-aunt Lois McClain wrote a letter to my mother stating that his MD certificate was current in 1905 in Texas.
