I have deleted probably over 50 messages the past few day because it had "Flour Mill in Paris" as the subject. No telling how many names I have missed that I may have been able to supply some info on. Example the above email was wanting info on John Ward and not the Flour Mills in Paris ???? Jim S

Jim: Although you make a good point, these messages were gatewayed from the message boards. The subject line always refers to the posting of the message the person was answering. Not everyone that participates on the message board is subscribed to this list, so they may not know what we are facing at this end with their subject lines. Our only other option is not allow these messages to come to our list. But Betsy and I both feel the information that may come our way is more valuable. The knowledge our members also contribute to the boards can't be measured. Nothing is better than having locals that can help people out with information they may otherwise have difficulty obtaining. If you have any comments, please respond to me privately, and not to the list. Thanks! Sue TXLAMAR listadmin
