I figured they must be related someway, so I tracked them back from 1880 to 1870 and 1860 and still don't know who they are. Does anybody recognize this family? In 1860 C. W. and Elizabeth were living next hh to a D. Jackson and his wife Rachel. Was it coincidence or were they related? James was son of Hugh Jackson and Mary Childress, and grandson of David Jackson and Susan Lucy Meador. Also would like to know more about the James F and Rebecca who were living next to the widow of C. W. Jackson.
