I need some help with the 1880 census of Lamar County, TX The cds furnished by LDS have the following entry at Pct 3 Lamar; film T9-1314 page 130B John A Mardes head age 34 born AL C.A. wife 32 MS George son 8 TX Wade son 5 TX Dick son 3 TX Mary dau 11/12 TX Mary KING 54 b. SC relationship OTHER Dick King other 17 MS Victory King (f) other 20 MS I think Mary King is the mother oc Dick & Victory and possibly the mother of C.A Mardes, hence the mother-in-law of John Mardes.
