Mary Price was first married to J.T. Murphy who was killed in the Civil War. Enock was part of his troop and had help carry J.T. off the field. Mary later married Mr. Edwards. I have about 60 family members buried in Union Grove. In fact the son of Mary and J.T. Murphy, William Murphey, complained in a letter that I have, that he had so many cousins in Lamar County it was almost impossible to find a sweetheart.
