Smith b. 1839 in AL. I know that my Samuel Stephenson lived in Delta County,TX. in 1900 and living close to him and his wife Bettie Smith b. July 1865,AL. were James and Mary E. Smith. The parents of James Smith were born in VA. Living with James Smith and Mary E. were the following children: William M. Smith b. Jun 1870,AL. Tidon A. b. 1876,AL. Walter B. b. 1878,AL. Thomas Smith b. 1875,AL. Ada F. wife b. 1874,GA. Charles F. b. 1895,TX. Samuel Stephenson was the son of George Alexander Stephenson(1822-1893) and wife Elizabeth Sarah Perry(1827-1885). They are buried in the Antioch Cemetery. The last time I was in the Antioch Cemetery,the tombstone had fallen to the ground but was still in tact. I hope it has not been destroyed!
