Marriage listing there is a Harrison Woods who married Susie Bennet in 1884 in Lamar Co. I have been searching for my grandfather's brother that went to Texas from Georgia after the Civil War ended. It is propably a long shot but this Harrison Woods may have lived and died in Lamar Co. The Harrison that I am looking for was born in 1840 in Morgan Co., Ga.and born to the parents of Thomas and Emily Ellis Woods.
