Hi out there. Is there anyone in or around Paris who could look up a marriage for me?? I only have the name of the groom, Jess M. Jennings, and an approximate date. I know it isn't too promising.... He married about 1910, but after the census because he's living with his parents when that was taken in April.... He filled out a WW I draft form in 1917-18 stating that he had a wife and child, but didn't name them.
