Just tell what you know about the photo, the name and last known address of the person who owned it last and then, you scan it and post it by e-mailing it to :[email protected] It is free to post photos, free to view them, etc. The Smith, Turner, etc. families post all of our family photos there and so do a lot of other people and that is how I know about the site. I would LOVE to see your photos because I probably know of the person in them.
