He died in 1914 and is buried in the Woodard Cemetery at Minter, Texas. He has a Woodsmen of the World tombstone. He may have married Ruby McCory. At the time of his death, he and his wife had a small baby. Sex of child unknown. His parents were Richard and Ada Blankinship. I have not found him in the Texas Death Records.
