I WAS BORN IN PARIS,TX but didn't have the opportunity to grow up there... I think I am related to just about everyone in Town especially the SMITH, PAYNE, BASS, CAVINESS, TURNER, DAUGHTREY,McENTYRE, McENTIRE,BROWN, PROCTOR,BEARDEN,MORRISON families and MANY,MANY more. Also Cobles/Kobels, Vanderburgs, etc. & etc. I have been doing research on the SMITH side of the family and is just amazing how many of them ended up in lamar County, TX or in OK! AGAIN, THANK YOU! I WILL GET A LIST TOGETHER IN THE CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER and I will have to know how much the copies of the info will cost you so I can reimburse you for that and maybe a lunch or something. I haven't been able to drive or get around very well since I bceame disabled and every bit of help IS appreciated!
