Do you live in or near Lamar County or Paris ? I was searching Lamar County for info on my g grandmother Effie Conder , when I noticed the name of Swaim . I do not have any info on them , but I live in Paris , Lamar County , Texas/ . There is a Swaims Hardware Store , a Swaims Printing Co. , and a Swaims Office Supply here . I know there are some Swaim family here . I don't know them personaly , but I would be glad to do some checking for you here if you do not live here yourself .
