I have been told that there were Gilliams in the Wills Point area, and that my aunt Mattie Tempe Gilliam was born there in 1882. I believe Wills Point was in Lamar county at that time, and may still be. Mattie's Father was Hough B. GILLIAM, they may have been living with his brother, A.M.GILLIAM, or Minyard GILLIAM.
