Miller and Lucy Lydia Moore. They were married on 10 Mar 1877 in Lamar Co. Lucy was the daughter of James Alexander Moore and Parmelia Maddox. She was born Nov. 1853 in either Madison or Hinds Co., MS. Known children were son, Jack Miller who married Willie E. Gibson, and a daughter M. E. Miller. I last find Elias and Lucy living in Blossom along with her mother Parmelia Moore in 1910. Elias apparently died prior to 1920. Parmelia died in 1911 in Caviness TX, apparently living with her son James Benjamin Moore and his wife Lenora Jane Dewese/Deweese. I'm hoping to find information on the parentage of Parmelia Maddox Moore. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. Elizabeth TURMAN, 1 Jan. 1866, Jefferson Co., IL; d. 16 Aug. 1906, May, Garland Co., AR, is also buried in the Mount Carmel Creek Cemetery, Lake Hamilton, Garland Co., AR. Was Rubin a son of David C. CARLOCK/KEARLOCK/CURLOCK and Elizabeth TURMAN? Although Rubin does not appear in the household of David and Elizabeth in Lamar Co., TX, on the 1880 census, I have not yet been able to find Rubin anywhere else on the 1880 census, either. The 1900 census, Antioch Township, Garland Co., AR, says that 3 of 4 children born to Elizabeth were living at the time of the census (June 18, 1900). The 1910 census, Haskell Township, Coal Co., AR, says that 2 of 2 children were living for this mother at the time of the 1910 census (Apr. 16 - 19, 1910). I have identified the following two children from Elizabeth's first marriage to Thomas N. HICKS, as found on the 1860 and 1870 censuses for P.O. Mt. Vernon, Jefferson Co., IL, and the 1880 census for McClellan Township, Jefferson Co., IL: 1. Stephen A. HICKS, b. ca. Jan. 1860, IL; and 2. Armina "Minnie" HICKS, b. 1861 - 1862, IL. Note that the Joseph HICKS, age 8 in 1870 and 18 in 1880, listed in Thomas HICKS's household is listed as an adopted son in 1880. He may have been a son of Thomas's second wife, Martha WEBBER, whom he married 7 Nov 1865, Jefferson Co., IL. Thomas also had a third wife, Angeline DICK, whom he married 15 Nov. 1877, Jefferson Co., IL. Joseph was listed in Thomas and Angeline's household in 1880. If the 1900 census was correct, Elizabeth TURMAN would have had two more children born to her before the time of the 1900 census. Was Rubin CARLOCK one of those children? The following information has been gleaned from the Online Texas Websites. We are looking for photos or other information of Dellous W. Davis and Jimmy Gladys Lindsay, both of Lamar Co and the biological parents of Woodrow Wilson Wiese, born 8-4-1918 in Tarrant Co. Woodrow Wiese was given up for adoption within one month of birth to Joe & Ola Graham, then 12 years later after their deaths, their daughter Kitty and husband Ted Wiese adopted him, would like to know the family connection between the Graham's and the Lindsay's/Davis. Dellous parents were William L. Davis and Minnie Fletcher, he was one of about 15 children, he later married Dorris Hobbs and had 3 daughters, John Ann, Elizabeth Jane and Gertie Lee. John Ann md. Orville Ray Davis, had 2 sons, Larry & William & a daughter, Rebecca. Elizabeth Jane md. Randall Tallent, had 1 daughter, Dawn who married Jack Giese. Jimmy Gladys' parents were James W. Lindsay and Mary Jane Holt, she later married Raymond Norris, had 1 son, James L. Norris who had 4 children: Rita Jane (md. Billy Haynes), Mary Elizabeth (md. Leon Parker), James Timothy and Kenneth Richard Norris. Jimmy Gladys also had a sister Lillian who married Archie McFadden and a brother Crayton who md. several times and had several children. Woody Wiese grew up to be a fine upstanding citizen, served his country during WW II, and was the father of 4 children, 3 daughters and a son, the above information is needed so the Wiese children and grandchildren can fulfill their father's and grandfather's dream of knowing their biological roots. The Wiese's will be happy to meet with any or all of their many cousins, if you will only respond to this query.

Work somewhere in Ft Towsend Indian Territory (a place called Red Road) until he came of age. Then was working as a cowboy on a ranch in TX when he meet my Great-Grandmother around 1910 to 1913. They had 7 children, 5 lived to adulthood. Thelma Marie, Louie Willie, Leon May, "Bonnie" Cleo, Jewett, Living WEST, Swanie Lenore. Walter Judson WEST preferred Judd W. WEST, and his mother's name may be Mary or Marion (may not be spelled exactly that way) Hardin. I know that he has some Step-Brothers/Sisters and 1/2 Brothers/Sisters.
