It looks likes Appendicitis to me. FYI..when you load the certificate, above it are some tools. There is a rotate tool that you can rotate the certificate if it loads sideways. There are also a negative tool and zoom tool. Just thought I would help you out there, so you don't have to turn your laptop sideways...or get a crooked neck. Underwood Shirley(63), Anna(40), and Clifford(12). Viewable/printable death certificates: J. W. Shirley (13 Feb 1867 - 11 Nov 1930). Born in Kentucky and died in Fort Worth. Parents were Robert Shirley and Mary Hunt? My research supports Artema Moss as his mother. In any case, the informant was Mrs. Anna Shirley of 1106 Lamar St. Anna Regina/Regena Shirley (12 Nov 1876 - 18 Sep 1955). Father listed as Ed Halerson of Norway. Mom's maiden name listed as Horton with a birthplace of Georgia. The informant was Mrs. Clifford N. Shirley. Anna was buried in Oakwood Cemetery of Fort Worth. Texas' Birth Index has three registrations for Cifford N. Shirley and Mildred Frances Boardman of Tarrant County. Methinks they are Anna's grandchildren? That might provide clues for other researchers? Anna proves to be very challenging! That's ironic 'cause there is a wealth of information on the other family members? In 1900 TX-Lamar-Paris Ward 3-District 69-Image 10 find her misidentified as Anna Kaverson age 11. Her age was approximately 19 since her birthdate listed as Jan 1881. She was born in Mississippi, her father in Norway, and mother in Georgia. Anna shared the home of her married sister and brother-in-law, John T. Skidmore(37) and Ella Skidmore(25). The children were: Reginald(8), Tommie(6), Mabel(3), and Ruth(Sep 1899). Something tragic must have befallened the Skidmores? In 1910 TX-Lamar-Paris Ward 3-District 80-Image 7, John T. Skidmore(49) and Tommie Skidmore(16) were boarding with the family of Claud W. Aker. In 1900 TX-Lamar-Precinct 5-District 81-Image 10 find the Haversons. Nels Haverson(55), Amanda(25, Lena B.(27), Martin E.(18), and Ola/Ole A.(10). The couple had been marr! ied 29 years and she had given birth six times. Three kids with the parents, two with the Skidmores, and Tony N. equals six. Find him on the next image (#11) in the same precinct. Tony N. Haverson(24), Emma(19), and Manda(1). Manda probably named to honor her granny? Okay! With a few detours, this family headed west and settled in Waco (McLennan County), TX. There are viewable/printable death certificates for: Ola Anton Haverson (19 Jan 1890 - 1 Jan 1966), Tom N. Haverson (26 Jan 1876 - 6 Jul 1943), Edward Martin Haverson (19 Oct 1881 - 21 Aug 1962), Amanda E. Haverson (22 Aug 1851 - 29 Mar 1942), and Nelson A. Haverson (1841 - 13 Jul 1925). All deaths occurred in Waco, TX. As for the detours? Tom N. Haverson registered for WWI Draft in Ouachita Parish, LA. What was he doing there? His birthdate listed as 26 Jan 1877 and next-of-kin was Mrs. M. M. Haverson of Waco, TX. In 1910 TX-Tarrant-Fort Worth Ward 13-District 155-Image 5, find Marten E. Hanerson(27) and w! ife Lillie(19). Reasonably certain this was Martin E. or Edward Marti n Haverson. He was born in Mississippi, father in Norway, and mother in Georgia. In 1920, he was a grocer in Waco with a new wife Mary(30).
