He is since died and his widow is Josephine Murphy. I believe that his parents were Avery J Jarrell and Lillie mae Croy since they have a Frank age 7 on the 1930 collin county texas census. Was Avery's name Joel? I know very little about this family but am trying to research it for a close friend. Please let me know if any of this fits with your family.
