Scott Kansas before 1880. W. L. Fowler died in 1886 and Alice died in 1929. her obituary states she was born in St. Augustine Texas and married in Cossman Texas. I believe this is a typo and is actually Kaufman. Could these be your Alice M. Couch and M. L. Fowler
