I will go through my mountains of data and extract what seems to be relative and send it to you. If you can do the same maybe something will jump out at us. It may take me a couple of days to get it together since I cannot put much time in on it until Thursday, but I will get started. I feel sure that Leonard is the son of Buford Estes but I am going to keep an open mind. Below are some basics I have on Leonard. 2. Leonard C. Florence Estes b. abt. 1878 Tx. (Sure she died as a child). 3. Thomas Estes b. 1880 Tx. (Sure he died as child) 3. (Note: Joseph had a son that he names Leonard)/ Reasons for believing he is the brother of Leonard Estes are: a. They were both living with Ridley B. Thomas on the 1850 Henderson Co., Tx. Census. Census showed ages Carroll 14, Leonard 13 b. They served in the same unit in the Civil War out of Henderson Co.Tx c.
