After John R. Garner died she remarried Thomas Shannon 20 June 1858 and had 1 more child, John "Jack" Shannon. They were in the 1860 Panola Co., Texas census then gone except the children of John R. Garner who stayed in the area and most died in the area of Carthage, Panola, Texas. Would like to find info on anyone. One of John R. Garners children married a Pirkle.
