It seems that Capel was on the outs with his father-in-law. instead of receiving anything from the estate, his wife's brother held her portion of the estate - so her husband couldn't touch her money. It seems that the rest of the family of that generation stayed in GA. I've not found any record except census for Pierce & Lewis. When Capel died, there were still minor children but I found nothing in the Kaufman Co. courthouse.
