Looking for information on one Thomas Reeves b. ca 1787 in SC. He is listed on the 1850 Kaufman Co. TX census living with his wife, Elizabeth also age 63 born in KY. They are living next door to Jemiah (Jeremiah??) Merriman age 36 b. GA and his wife, Narcissa and their children Thomas, Robert, and William. I think there is a Merriman-Reeves connection through Merriman Pounds whose granddaughter Sophronia married into the Reeves line. I would like to track down this other Merriman if possible.
