Turner in Terrell, Kaufman Co, TX in the North TX hospital for the insane. This is not my line but as I was also looking for someone there I did check for you. I found no John B. Turner. There were quite a few other Turner names. I looked thru the Images Online at Ancestry.com. I only looked thru the hospital pages not the entire county. My person I'm looking for had Huntington's disease which is inherited. Her name is Dolly Romans b. 1865
