Valtie Marie Martin 23 Sep 1938 (don't know where). Valtie b: 4 Feb 1922 Rowlett? TX, d: 23 Jul 1985 Dallas, TX, buried in Shiloh Cem. in Kaufman Co., TX. I have a note made by my mother-in-law that says that John's parents are Henry Harrison Smith and Vera. I found a tombstone in Shiloh Cem. that reads: Smith - Henry H. Jan 11, 1892 - Feb 11, 1953 & Vera F. Dec 29, 1891 (no death date) (I think this is them). This is as far as we know about my husband's dad's family, except that his dad has 2 brothers, and I found that there was a dau: Eunice Marie Smith 1946 (Dallas Co., TX) - 1948 buried in Shiloh Cem., also.
