There was a school at Gray's Prairie at some point. The building has been a private residence for the past 50 years or so. It is a red brick, one story on the east side of the road. Was the Bill Cain that was principal a brother to Juanita "Shorty" (Cain) Reasonover? At least she had a brother named Bill.
