It's society news from Kaufman, and I've scanned it from the Dallas Morning News, which used to publish "Society News" every Monday from little towns all over the state. I've had to break it down into 4 parts because the graphic is big (this is a scan of the original newspaper, not a transcript or an abstract), and I have the first two parts online now. Alexander is a name that also is RAMPANT in the Elliott family. Robert Alexander Elliott, Sr., Robert Alexander, Jr.; John Alexander Elliott. There are many other Alexanders, too many to show here, but I think you can get the idea. It is possible, therefore, that this Albert is a distant relative. I have an Albert Elliott born 25 Sept 1889 died April 1966 in Kaufman Co, TX. His son was Albert Elliott, Jr born 8 May 1923 died 4 Dec 1974 in Kaufman Co, TX. Albert, Jr married Violet Celia Jacobs c1948 in Kaufman Co. Descendants of this family are still in Kaufman Co.
