Visitation will begin at 2pm today at the funeral home/A native of Starks, LA he lived in the Port Arthur and Fannett area 43 years and was a retired machinist of Texaco, INC in Port Arthur. He was a U S Navy veteran of WWII and the Korean War/Survivors include a son, Wayne Braneff; stepdaughters, Margie Keniry of Canyon Lake and Betty Cheshire of St Louis MO; stepsons, Joe Woods of Menard and Pete Woods of Port Arthur; brothers, Melvin Braneff and Frank Braneff, both of DeQuincy, LA; sisters, Ada Berwick of Starks and Susie Bryant of DeQuincy; 11 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren
