This is also the 50th anniversary for Rev. Elzine Strong's pastorate there. I am seeking information about Rev. Harry B. Morgan who had the pastorate there in the 1940's. I know that he left Diboll for the pastorate at Starks Louisiana and that he founded the Pentecostal church in Lunita just a few miles from Starks, he left there about 1952 for another church possibly in Florida and then to a church in Atlanta, Georgia. Rev. Morgan may have died about 1981 in Atlanta. His funeral was held in possibly Jefferson Co. Texas. Please help me locate an obituary, or cemetery, or possibly his family. My timeframe is short and this is a brick wall, this is my histography project for a course at Sam Houston State University for this spring semester. Any help is appreciated.
