It is more likely going to be on someones private property or in an out of the way place and not kept up. I looked in a book titled A Reference to Texas Cemetery Records by Kim Parsons. On page 173 under Jefferson County it listed West Family Cemetery-Westbury TX Recorded JFON01. This JFON01 referred me to "Jefferson County Texas Cemeteries" pt 3 by Mrs Mildred S Wright. I looked in that book but I did not fine a listing of our people. This may or may not be your Westbury Cemetery, sorry I could not help.

He was the brother of my Grandfather, JOHN DIXON WILSON, born Feb 20, 1870 in Apple Springs, Trinity Co., TX. They had a sistter, MARY "Mollie" ARTEMISIA WILSON, born, December, 1872 who married WILLIAM A. MAY on December 23, 1886 in Trinity Co., TX. The parents of these three children were: JOHN D. WILSON, Sr., born in LA in abt 1831 and MILLIE ANN DOBBS, born August 1847 in Macon Co., AL. My Mother has said that GEORGE W. WILSON, III had a son who was a Policeman in NEDERLAND, Jefferson Co., TX. She went to his funeral sometime in the 1950's. She could not remember his name but believes it was also GEORGE W. WILSON. She does remember that it was a funeral with the Police Dept. acting as Pallbearers and escorting the coffin to the cemetery. Is there a URL that lists the names of the deceased Nederland Policemen? I would like to correspond with anyone who has information on this family. Thanks for your help. Thelmarie "Thel" Alexander Curtis pdcurtis@ix.netcom.com
