I am a decendent of Stephen Williams through Richard, Samuel, John (my name sake),Samuel, James Easel(my father).My folks are from the Zavalla area. I am currently looking for how the first Sam Williams died(between 1864-1869). His wife Elizabeth remarried in 1869 in Woodville. We think he probably died in the war but not sure. I have geneology back to late 1600s. I know that the Youngbloods and Allens are relatives from the early days in Texas. Thanks.
