Irene Pool was supposedly born in Harris co, Texas (it says that on her death cert.) but who knows? Her parents are Burt Pool and Liddie Middleton. Riley Williams may have been born in Mississippi abt 1850, his son John Eldridge Williams b. abt 1876, stated on the 1910 Jasper census that his father was born in Mississippi. John married Cora Spence who's father is J.G. Spence and mother is Emily Noble daughter of Abram Noble of Houston, Tx. Cora Spence Williams is buried in Jasper City Cemetery.
