    3. Lisa, That is not impossible reasoning! I have been in touch with a Singletary researcher. He has a lot of Singletary info form his Singletary's. They were also from Thomas Co. GA. Many of our kin that we research in Jasper came from North Carolina, made a side stop in Ga. and sometimes in LA., and then came to Chambers, Jasper, Liberty, & Newton counties, not in that order! They must have heard some mighty good things about Texas and decided to move there! If you see any of your Peavy's with WOOD, SINGLETARY, JACKSON, marriages, keep us posted!!! Take care... Been getting in touch with folks from the Thomas GA boards. Many Thomas Co. GA people mograted to Jasper area. Peavy was a name associated with Thomas Co too. Have you tracked your Peavys back there? > Also in touch with a Parramore researcher who ties the Parramores to the Pitt Co. NC days. Wouldn't it be somethig if our ancestors all travelled together from the time we landed on American soil until now? > Lisa A. > > ============================== > Shop Ancestry - Everything you need to Discover, Preserve & Celebrate > your heritage! > http://shop.myfamily.com/ancestrycatalog
