Hi again, Paula, Here is how I am related to the LEE's: Urania Hall, is the sister of Thalia Hall. Thalia Hall is my gr gr grandmother. Urania Hall married Francis Bascomb Dougharty. Their son was George Britton Dougharty. George married India Minerva Lee. Minerva Swinney married James B. Lee. James' sister was Martha "Mattie" Elizabeth Lee. She married Giles Singletary. I am a Singletary descendant. Also, I have this: Descendants of John Henry Lee 1 John Henry Lee b: November 07, 1844 in Alabama ( He was, of course, James & Minerva's son.) .. +Lucy Ann Thomas Powell b: 1839 in Alabama ...... 2 Indiana M. Lee b: Abt. 1867 in Texas ...... 2 Henry J. Lee b: Abt. 1868 in Texas It is all inter - related, for sure, those of us who are descended from East Texas folks. Dear Paula I think I have these in my family as well. Will look and get back with you, as have been gone for a couple weeks and emails are PILED up high! I was wondering, are you by any chance related to Estelle Williams, who was Williamson, but changed his name? He married my Grand Aunt, Ethel. They lived in Jasper County (Evadale) and had 3 children. Aunt Ethel was born early 1900's or the 1890-ish era. Will be back in touch...
