Hello Laurie, Do you happen to know what area of the county they were living in? I have a copy of court documents (Sept 21, 1889) concerning the heirs of John Morse of Buna, Jasper, TX. He left some property to his wife, children and grandchildren, in all there are 24 signers. Each one was paid $100 for their interest in the property. Leaving sole ownership to John's youngest son David Whitfield Morse. Among the signers are, W. A. Wood and N. J. Wood. I haven't been able to determine who they are. The following are the signers of this document. Cheryl --------------- R.G. Morse John W. Morse Lucy (X) Morse Jerimiah (X) Dunn N.L. Morse Elizabeth (X) Dunn Wily (X) Curry M.V.
