Hi Betty, Your James Jackson Parsley, would his mother perhaps have been a Jackson? If so, could you elaborate some more about it for me? I am a Jackson, by birth and am researching the Jackson's in East Texas. Have just found out only recently that my great grandfather may have remarried as he divorced my great grandmother. This was all new to me. They say he went back to Georgia. My gr gr grandfather also disappeared and so am wondering if any of their children stayed on in East Texas, Jasper - Newton County area. (Or if he, too, went back to Georgia or Alabama.) Please do let me know if you can and I will be glad to see what all I have, too. Thanks, Linda
