Linda, I checked the 1900, 1910 census for Jasper and did not find Gifford Jackson, also checked, Newton and Sabine counties with no luck, including the marriage records for each county. Try checking the Tyler County Census. The only lead I have would be that his nephew Ad Moses Jackson was born January 07, 1888 in Colmesneil, Tyler County, Texas. Also there seems to be family in Liberty County. Sorry, Yolanda --------- Hi there ~ Does anyone have access to the 1900 census for Jasper County? If so, would you see if there is a Gifford Jackson listed there? He is the son of Clayton Jackson, but I have no idea who Gifford married. I believe he was born in/about 1864 in Jasper County. Thanks so much! Sincerest thanks in advance, Linda
