I found him on probate records in Orange Co., TX following the death of his father B.(only the one initial) HOLMES. B. was shot and killed while sitting at his dinner table. on 13 Nov 1908. Probate shows wife Belle (MOSIER) HOLMES and 2 children O.W. (male) 2 years old Neoma (female) 4 months old. I have no further information on these persons...would love some enlightenment on what happened to this family.
