    3. Hi Joe, You mentioned this Church of God in Christ. Do you happen to know how old it is? My great grandmother and her family were from that area, and I know from what my mother says that she remained strong in her faith up to the very end when she passed away abut 1947 - 1948. If it is an older congregation, perhaps they have church records? If you can tell me about this, I sure would appreciate it and will get out a letter right away to Pastor Booker.
