    3. I'm researching the family of Nathaniel Allen who married 1) Penelope Williams and 2) Sarah Grigsby. I've seen November 15, 1782 given as Nathaniel's date of birth and January 9, 1852 given as his date of death. His probate record does not give an exact date of death and I've been unable to find a cemetery marker transcription or Bible record. What are the sources of these dates? Thank you, Brenda A. I have found him on the 1900 census for Trinity County at the age of 39, married to Lucy W. Smith and they have 5 children. If he is 39 years old this would make his birth year either 1860-61. 3. Dear Paula I think I have these in my family as well. Will look and get back with you, as have been gone for a couple weeks and emails are PILED up high! I was wondering, are you by any chance related to Estelle Williams, who was Williamson, but changed his name? He married my Grand Aunt, Ethel. They lived in Jasper County (Evadale) and had 3 children. Aunt Ethel was born early 1900's or the 1890-ish era. Will be back in touch... 2. John & Linda Kyle
    3. Hi again, Paula, Here is how I am related to the LEE's: Urania Hall, is the sister of Thalia Hall. Thalia Hall is my gr gr grandmother. Urania Hall married Francis Bascomb Dougharty. Their son was George Britton Dougharty. George married India Minerva Lee. Minerva Swinney married James B. Lee. James' sister was Martha "Mattie" Elizabeth Lee. She married Giles Singletary. I am a Singletary descendant. Also, I have this: Descendants of John Henry Lee 1 John Henry Lee b: November 07, 1844 in Alabama ( He was, of course, James & Minerva's son.) .. +Lucy Ann Thomas Powell b: 1839 in Alabama ...... 2 Indiana M. Lee b: Abt. 1867 in Texas ...... 2 Henry J. Lee b: Abt. 1868 in Texas It is all inter - related, for sure, those of us who are descended from East Texas folks. I hope this helps some and isn't too confusing to you! Sincerely, Linda > I'm your cousin.....Minerva Swinney & James B. 1. [TXJASPER] WILLIAMS, LETNEY, COLEMAN, KEACK
    2. My Grandmother was Louisinda S. "Sug" Williams. She married Edward "Eddie" Telamicus Letney. "Sug" had one sister, Eliz** M. "Sweet" Williams who married B.M. Coleman. I believe that Mark Daniel "Dock" Williams was their father and Lucinda Jane Keack was their mother. This family has been very difficult to trace. I believe that this is due in part because either Dock or Lucinda Jane may be American Indian. Can anyone help me with the Williams/Keack families? I have extensive information on the Letney family. Thank you, Al Letney

I understand she is buried in Ratcliff/Williams cemetery. 2nd husband was Rufus King Ratcliff.
