Tx Query Forum Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Tx/Jack/11178 Surname: GREER, DAVIS, DEEWEES ------------------------- My GGrandfather, JOHN WESLEY GREER, married Laura Ann Davis DEEWEES(DEWEESE/DEWESE/) on November 27, 1888. She is buried next to him in Poolville, Parker County, Texas and died on April 7, 1904. She brought to this marriage a son, Arthur Deweese(Deewees/Dewese). I do not know the Deweese, father of Arthur, first name, when he died, or anything about him. Laura Ann helped bring up my grandmother, Mollie Belle Greer who was born in Shackelford County, Texas in 1878, and married when 14 years old. She was in the home about 4 years before she married my grandfather, Jeff Lovorn. I believe she married someone with the last initial of M., before she moved to California in 1908. Does anyone have any information on these people. Thanks.
