(Rich) Cook, b. 15 Feb 1881, in (?), d. 25 Jan 1904, also a headstone for 1 month old baby daughter (Ruby Kate Cook) d. 27 Dec 1902, in the Childress Cemetery, Childress, Childress Co., TX. Henry David’s mother Effie Jane is buried beside her daughter in-law and baby granddaughter. Family Bible Records give names of these children. 1. Lorn D COOK b: 7 May 1901 2. John Lorn COOK b: January 1904 These could be grandchildren; 3. Louise COOK after 1930 4. Jack L COOK after 1930 5. Rose Marie COOK after 1930 May have migrated in TX, AR or NM areas.
