    1. Re: [TXJack] Jack County Newspaper Abstracts
    2. Dorman, I have said it before and I will say it again. Keep your info coming. We need to have a place to house all of the wonderful information that you are transcribing. Without you, there wouldn't be any Jack Co. information. Although I only have one connection in Jack Co., I look at everything that you send through for my surname. If someone doesn't like all of the e mails then Unsubscribe to the regular e mail mode and then subscribe again to the DIGEST mode. You will get ONE e mail a day with all of the e mails within that one e mail. For those of you who have complained. Let me see you do even HALF of the work that Dorman has done! Even a fourth of the work and I bet you wouldn't complain then! There are some people out there who take for granted that some of us work VERY hard to preserve the history of our counties. I don't know where you think all of this info comes from. I guess you think that it is just on the computer but the fact is SOMEONE has to transcribe every bit of info that is on the rootsweb sites. Whether it is cemeteries or newspapers, marriages or births, someone has to work for hours to get all of that info out to the web site. And we do it for FREE so that you might be able to find a connection to your family from the comfort of your own home for FREE. Dorman, don't quit what you are doing PLEASE. If the complainers don't like your FREE service, then they can unsubscribe from the list. We applaud you a thousand times for what you do. For those of you who have had the nerve to complain, give me ONE good reason why he should quit doing his wonderful VOLUNTEER work while you contribute nothing. Is there anyone out there who agrees with me? Julie Coley - Wichita Co. volunteer
